Research on this project is undertaken in line with Royal Holloway University of London ethical guidance. The team have received approval for the research and data management from the Ethics Committee and we work within shared university protocols. Please see here for full policy.
Each partner involved in the Dancing Dialogues project shall in relation to the Processing of the Shared Data comply at all times with its respective obligations under the Data Protection Laws.
- The team agrees to use the Shared Data solely for the Research Project in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws;
- We will only disclose Shared Data to individuals required to assist it in meeting its obligations under this Agreement and to ensure that those individuals are aware of and comply with the terms of this Agreement and that no other individuals shall have access to such Shared Data;
- We agree to keep the Shared Data confidential and not to sub-license, transfer, disclose or otherwise make the Shared Data available in whole or in part to any third party;
- We agree to refer to the University to keep the Shared Data secure by implementing organisational and technological measures;
- We agree not to transfer the Shared Data outside the UK/EEA without the prior written consent of the University (which the University shall be entitled to withhold for any reason);
